I am an A.C.E. certified online personal trainer with a B.S. in Kinesiology from California State University Long Beach and over 8 years of experience in writing nutrition and exercise programming. Everything is completely customized specifically to your needs and goals.

I pride myself in creating amazing transformations and helping people become what they have envisioned and stay there for the long-term. I will support you every step of the way as I understand what a challenge it can be to improve your health and well being as changing your life to be happier and healthier is a mission of mine.
